This affects the chat and email links on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uww.edu\/library\/get-help\" target=\"_blank\">Get Help<\/a> page. We hope for a smooth transition from one vendor&#8217;s software to another vendor&#8217;s software, but it&#8217;s always possible there will be some technical difficulties or unexpected downtime. We&#8217;re also just getting to know the new software.
