Young Memorial Library<\/strong> (Whitewater&#8217;s public library at 431 W Center St, Whitewater).<\/p>\n<p>During forty years as a practicing physician, Dr. Hansen developed a simple and practical approach to a healthy lifestyle, combining scientifically-based recommendations with a &#8220;common sense approach.&#8221; This program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.uww.edu\/images\/library\/blog\/wellness.jpg\" alt=\"book cover\" class=\"alignright\" \/><strong>Andersen Library has many resources that might help you learn more!<\/strong> If you are interested in trying yoga, for example, resources include DVDs such as <em>Yoga Journal&#8217;s yoga for meditation<\/em> (2nd-floor Academic DVDs, RA781.7 .Y634 2002) and books such as <em>Yoga for athletes<\/em> (3rd-floor Main Collection, RA781.7 .C855 2017), <em>The Harvard Medical School guide to yoga: 8 weeks to strength, awareness, and flexibility<\/em> (3rd-floor Main Collection, RA781.7 .G77 2017) and <em>Office yoga: Tackling tension with simple stretches you can do at your desk<\/em> (3rd-floor Main Collection, RA781.7 .F75 2003).
