Young Auditorium&#8217;s Fern Young Terrace. The talk will be preceded by the annual Women in Leadership ceremony and reception at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Dyer served as social secretary for the Obama Administration from 2015-2017, and also had served as deputy to her predecessor. Prior to working for the White House she was a freelancer writing about music.
