But now that our <em><a href=\"https:\/\/libproxy.uww.edu:9443\/login?url=http:\/\/site.ebrary.com\/lib\/whitewater\">ebrary<\/a><\/em> titles are listed in <em><a href=\"http:\/\/uwi-primoalma-prod.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/primo_library\/libweb\/action\/dlSearch.do?vid=WW&#038;institution=WW&#038;search_scope=WW_VOY\" target=\"_blank\">Research@UWW<\/a><\/em>, ebook usage is really taking off. Here are some of the ebook collections you&#8217;ll want to know more about.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>ebrary Academic Complete Collections<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Library&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/libproxy.uww.edu:9443\/login?url=http:\/\/site.ebrary.com\/lib\/whitewater\">ebrary Academic Complete Collection<\/a><\/em> gives users access to 130,000 academic and association press books in a wide range of subject areas. The ebooks are downloadable to devices or may be read online. The single sign-on feature means that whether you\u2019re on-campus or off, you can access all your customizations within <em><a href=\"https:\/\/libproxy.uww.edu:9443\/login?url=http:\/\/site.ebrary.com\/lib\/whitewater\">ebrary<\/a><\/em> by signing in just once. To find <em>ebrary<\/em> (or any other) ebooks in <em><a href=\"http:\/\/uwi-primoalma-prod.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/primo_library\/libweb\/action\/dlSearch.do?vid=WW&#038;institution=WW&#038;search_scope=WW_VOY\" target=\"_blank\">Research@UWW<\/a><\/em>, search for a topic, author or title. Then use the facets on the left to select <em>Whitewater Online Resources<\/em> and <em>Books<\/em>. <\/p>\n<h4><strong>Evidence-Based Ebook Acquisitions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Most ebooks from other UW libraries cannot be borrowed via UW System Request as can print books. So the UW System has investigated ways to purchase ebooks jointly so they\u2019re available to all UW users. This year, the UW System is conducting an evidence-based ebook acquisitions program for <em>Project Muse<\/em> and <em>Taylor and Francis<\/em> ebooks. All titles in these scholarly collections may be discovered via <em><a href=\"http:\/\/uwi-primoalma-prod.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/primo_library\/libweb\/action\/dlSearch.do?vid=WW&#038;institution=WW&#038;search_scope=WW_VOY\" target=\"_blank\">Research@UWW<\/a><\/em> and may be viewed or downloaded. At the end of the year, we\u2019ll review the usage across the UW System and make purchase decisions for individual titles.
