{"id":10259,"date":"2012-07-27T07:05:52","date_gmt":"2012-07-27T12:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/library\/?p=10259"},"modified":"2012-07-26T14:24:11","modified_gmt":"2012-07-26T19:24:11","slug":"universal-borrowing-ub-down-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/library\/archives\/10259","title":{"rendered":"Universal Borrowing (UB) down"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wtwlib.wisconsin.edu\/vwebv\/selectDatabase\" title=\"Universal Borrowing (UB)\" target=\"_blank\">Universal Borrowing<\/a> (UB) service<\/strong>, which allows UWW students and staff to borrow materials from other UW libraries, <strong>will be down starting on Monday, July 30th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All UW System libraries will be undergoing an upgrade to the &#8220;Voyager&#8221; system that powers their catalogs, which includes UB. The catalogs will still be available for searching, however, borrowing between libraries will not be possible during this time. UB will resume in mid-August (August 17 or soon after).<\/p>\n<p>Local check-out will be unaffected by the upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
