It might take a little effort and research, though.<\/p>\n<p>A web site mentioned during a morning news show recently is <strong><span style=\"color: #008000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/green.yahoo.com\/\">green.yahoo.com<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. It has a lot of info in one place, including how to measure your carbon footprint, tips on living and buying green,\u00a0links to blogs and other web sites such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/usa\/news\/greener-electronics-guide-nov2008\">Greenpeace&#8217;s Guide to Greener Electronics<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your University Library also has resources.<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.uww.edu\/images\/library\/blog\/hotflat.png\" alt=\"Hot Flat and Crowded cover\" class=\"alignleft\" \/>Search the <a href=\"http:\/\/wtwlib.wisconsin.edu\/\">Library Catalog<\/a> to find titles such as <a href=\"http:\/\/search.barnesandnoble.com\/The-Green-Collar-Economy\/Van-Jones\/e\/9780061650758\/?itm=1\"><span style=\"color: #003300\"><em><strong>Green collar economy: how one solution can fix our two biggest problems<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a> (2nd-floor McNaughton books, call no. TD171.7 .R64 2007) with practical suggestions for all of us such as turning off the tap while brushing teeth to save up to 5 gallons of water per day.<\/p>\n<p>Another useful web site is provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/recyclemorewisconsin.org\/\">Recycle More Wisconsin<\/a>, an organization that was featured on Milwaukee&#8217;s WTMJ program &#8220;The Morning Blend&#8221; on Friday, November 14th.
