Exceed Expectations

Hello Leaders,

It’s been awhile since my last post here on the Leadership Blog.  As any seasoned Leadership Blog readers would know, one company that I truly admire is the Walt Disney Company.

Given some recent events that have occurred here in the United States it is important to look to those who are setting good examples and doing good for others.

Please take a look at this Blog Post from DisneyAtWork.com, a website dedicated to the business practices and applications of the Disney Company.

Link: Boston Marathon, Sandy Hook, and Disney’s 3:00 Parade disneyatwork.com Events yesterday at the Boston Marathon, along with events only a few months ago in Newtown, Connecticut have caused all of us to stop and consider the good and bad of the world we live in. There has been much comment and even debate in the social media networks. But sometimes, what it really takes…

This is such a perfect example of giving more than is expected, especially to someone who may really need it.

Until Next Time,
