I will be talking about how you can make these for you and your brides mates for your big day and even use these t-shirts later.<\/p>\n<p>I know I am super excited to be able to wear \u201cbride to be\u201d and \u201cwifey\u201d t-shirts and to buy some for my brides mates. However, I have been looking for some to buy and it is just so expensive! This is money that I just don\u2019t have with paying for the wedding. I am going to be trying to make these over my spring break in two weeks. I will share with you the results but for now I am going to tell you what you will need and how to make these in your own home.<\/p>\n<p>Things you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V-neck t-shirt<\/li>\n<li>Printer<\/li>\n<li>Exacto Knife<\/li>\n<li>Fabric Paint (choose a color)<\/li>\n<li>A dabber paint brush<\/li>\n<li>Piece of card board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/jankyweddingsbyvaleriejankowski\/files\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-10.15.12-AM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-115\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/jankyweddingsbyvaleriejankowski\/files\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-10.15.12-AM-257x300.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2017-03-09 at 10.15.12 AM\" width=\"257\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/jankyweddingsbyvaleriejankowski\/files\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-10.15.12-AM-257x300.png 257w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/jankyweddingsbyvaleriejankowski\/files\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-10.15.12-AM-878x1024.png 878w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/jankyweddingsbyvaleriejankowski\/files\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-10.15.12-AM.png 1116w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 257px) 100vw, 257px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now that you have these supplies, you can start to make these do it yourself t-shirts. Print out a word like \u201cMrs.\u201d, \u201cBride to be\u201d, \u201cWifey\u201d or \u201cMaid of honor\u201d is some examples.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make the font size as big as you want it on your t-shirt.<\/li>\n<li>Once you print this, take the exacto knife and cut of the letters, keeping the negative space untouched like it shows above.<\/li>\n<li>Put the cardboard inside of the shirt so you don\u2019t have the paint bleed through to the other side.<\/li>\n<li>Now put the paper onto of the t-shirt where you want to have the letters appear.<\/li>\n<li>Take the dabber brush with your selected paint on it and dab in the cut out space for the letters.<\/li>\n<li>Let it dry for at least 24-48 hors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now you have saved money but have cute t-shirts for you and wedding party!<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for mixing it up with me this week.
