Hello!<\/p>\n
My name is Melanie Schaefer and I am a senior at UW-Whitewater. I have created this blog for my capstone journalism class. I am particularly excited about this because as a future athletic administrator, most of my content will be online. Whether it\u2019s social media, a press release or a game recap, the web is the most common place where my work will be seen. I am hoping to integrate my online skills into the class and possibly even my capstone project. I currently work in the UW-Whitewater athletic department where I hold a variety of responsibilities. including editing athletes\u2019 head shots, writing their biographies and adding pictures to their personal pages. My work can be seen on the\u00a0UW-Whitewater athletics page<\/a>. I have also included links to the most common websites I use during my job.
