If you are still experiencing any of the errors, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uww.edu\/desire2learn\/contact-d2l-support\" target=\"_blank\">contact D2L Support<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE (5:00 PM): Users are still reporting &#8220;Term Not Found&#8221; errors. These reports have been forwarded to Learn@UW, and they are investigating the source.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE (4:45 PM): Learn@UW Technologists have identified the offending server and removed it. They are investigating the cause of the problem, but the &#8220;Term Not Found&#8221; errors should be resolved, and D2L should be accessible again.<\/p>\n<p>ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Starting at approximately 4:10 PM, users are reporting slowness and &#8220;Term Not Found&#8221; errors while logging into and working in D2L. We&#8217;ve reported this to Learn@UW, and they are investigating the problem.<\/p>\n<p>We will be updating this news item with any new information as we receive it.
