The eGrading process allows instructors to transfer final grades from their Canvas Gradebook directly to their WINS Grade Roster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each semester, grades need to be entered into WINS. While many instructors do this manually, Canvas can help automate some of the steps for you. The Learning Technology Center is providing training on the <a href=\"https:\/\/uww.service-now.com\/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0011024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">three steps<\/a> needed to push grades from Canvas so they can be accepted in WINS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uww.service-now.com\/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010747\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Finish grading (including entering 0s) and setting the Grade Scheme<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uww.service-now.com\/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010748\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Transfer grades from Canvas to WINS<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uww.service-now.com\/kb?id=kb_article_view&amp;sysparm_article=KB0010752\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Verify and accept grades in WINS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"position: relative; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.25%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/streaming.uww.edu\/embed?id=6f1e69f7-3722-475e-97fb-279ad5a45ca5\" style=\"position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be mindful that any ungraded items can result in different final grades showing to Teachers, Students, and\/or the Student Information System (WINS), depending on the settings used by each individual.
