If you experience any issues using Collaborations, please contact <a href=\"http:\/\/uww.edu\/canvas\">Canvas 24\/7 Support<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several users have reported issues using both Office 365 and Google Collaborations with Canvas.  Users may receive the following message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> Your LTI tool has been misconfigured, please contact your institution&#8217;s Canvas Admin. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Canvas is aware of this issue and engineers are working on a fix that we hope will resolve the problem.  At this time, we don&#8217;t have a timeline but we do know that a fix is currently being tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"http:\/\/uww.edu\/canvas\">Canvas Support<\/a> if you have additional questions about this issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>12\/19\/2019: Office 365 \/ Google Collaborations are now working as expected in Canvas.
