{"id":59731,"date":"2017-02-28T14:22:37","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T20:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/?p=59731"},"modified":"2017-03-01T12:18:09","modified_gmt":"2017-03-01T18:18:09","slug":"amazon-web-services-outage-impacting-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/2017\/02\/28\/amazon-web-services-outage-impacting-services\/","title":{"rendered":"[RESOLVED] Amazon Web Services Outage Impacting Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Amazon Web Services have been restored, and all reported services below should once again be operating normally.\u00a0 Thank you for your patience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A number of our cloud services are currently running in a degraded state due to an ongoing Amazon Web Services outage.\u00a0 The following services are currently impacted:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lynda<\/strong>.\u00a0 Lynda.com services may not load due to the outage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualtrics: <\/strong>Users are experiencing intermittent login issues<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respondus Lockdown Browser<\/strong>.\u00a0 The outage is preventing instructors from accessing the LockDown Browser dashboard, preventing students from downloading the installer for LockDown Browser and affecting Studymate.com<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respondus Monitor.<\/strong> Students are unable to use the Respondus Monitor feature to take quizzes.<\/p>\n<p>If we discover other services that are impacted by this outage, we will update this message.<\/p>\n<p>We will update this post as soon as the services have been restored.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amazon Web Services have been restored, and all reported services below should once again be operating normally.\u00a0 Thank you for your patience.
