Resolved Monday 6:38pm:<\/strong> We are happy to report that at this time, all services impacting Desire2Learn have been returned to normal.\u00a0 If you continue to have any issues accessing Desire2Learn, please fill out the UW-W Desire2Learn Support Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Update Monday 5:00pm<\/strong>: DoIT Technologists have completed work to isolate the root cause of the disruption.\u00a0 Work is now underway to verify that all systems are fully operational.\u00a0 The next update will be around 6:30pm.<\/p>\n

Update Monday 3:15pm:<\/strong>\u00a0DoIT technologists continue to work to resolve the outstanding issue that is impacting service.\u00a0At this time they are still unable to provide an estimate as to when the matter will be fully resolved. \u00a0The next update will be around 5:00pm.<\/p>\n

Update Monday 1:45pm:<\/strong>\u00a0Reports of errors from Content and Quizzes continue to come in. DoIT in Madison is continuing its work\u00a0reduce the number of affected users and to resolve the core issue.\u00a0DoIT does not have\u00a0their next update scheduled, but this post will be updated at 4:30pm\u00a0if there is not an earlier announcement.<\/p>\n

Update Monday 12:00pm:<\/strong>\u00a0During times of increased traffic, some users are reporting errors from Content and Quizzes. DoIT in Madison is actively working to\u00a0both reduce the number of affected users and to resolve the core issue. The next update will be provided at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n

Update Monday 8:45am:<\/strong>\u00a0D2L has remained stable and available since 10:15pm Saturday. At this time DoIT is unable to provide an estimate for when this will be fully resolved. The next update will be provided at noon.<\/p>\n

Update Sunday 6:00pm:<\/strong>\u00a0D2L has remained stable and available since 10:15pm Saturday. DoIT is committed to resolving the root issue, and as such, warn that future disruptions may yet occur during that\u00a0process. The next update will be provided at 8:00am.<\/p>\n

Update Sunday 12:15pm:<\/strong>\u00a0D2L has remained stable and available since 10:15pm Saturday. DoIT continues to work to ensure that this issue is resolved with minimal disruption of service. The next update will be provided at 6:00pm.<\/p>\n

Update Sunday 8:15am:<\/strong>\u00a0D2L has remained stable and available since 10:15pm Saturday. The technical issues have not been resolved and additional disruptions are anticipated. The next update will be provided at noon.<\/p>\n

Update Saturday 11:00pm:<\/strong> As of 10:15pm, the outage has been temporarily resolved.\u00a0 DoIT Technicians are still working on correcting the root problem, and additional downtime may be required.\u00a0 We will continue relaying information as soon as it is received.\u00a0 The next update will be Sunday, February 19th around 8am.<\/p>\n

Update Saturday 9:15pm:<\/strong>\u00a0The current issue affecting UW-Whitewater has been found to be across several services, including Learn@UW. DoIT Technicians in Madison continuing to work to\u00a0resolve the issue. The next update will be around 11pm.<\/p>\n

Update Saturday 7:15pm:<\/strong> DoIT Technicians in Madison are actively working to resolve the issue. Affected users may experience errors, inability to log in, or other\u00a0erratic behavior. The next update will be around 9pm.<\/p>\n

At about 4:05pm on Saturday, February 18th some D2L users found that they were unable to log in. The issue has been reported to DoIT in Madison and\u00a0they are working on a resolution to the problem. \u00a0We will update this post with information as we receive it. The next update is expected at 9pm.<\/p>\n
