Hello and welcome back to the new semester!<\/p>\n

Did you know you can sign into Google Drive using your Whitewater Net-ID and password? You also get unlimited<\/strong> storage space! Your files in Drive can be reached from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. As\u00a0a college student many of us have to present projects with a group. Google Drive lets you share a document with your\u00a0group members\u00a0so you can work on a project at the same time, and in different locations. Projects are also saved automatically, so don’t worry if you close a page on accident, it will have already been saved!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Google Docs<\/strong> is a great way to collaborate with team members when working on notes, or papers. https:\/\/www.google.com\/docs\/about\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Google Slides<\/strong> lets your ideas shine with a variety of presentation themes, hundred of fonts, embedded video, animations and more. https:\/\/www.google.com\/slides\/about\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Google Sheets<\/strong> lets you choose from a wide variety of budgets, schedules, and other pre-made spreadsheets. https:\/\/www.google.com\/sheets\/about\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Google Forms<\/strong> lets you run a survey or quickly create a team roster with a simple online form. Then check out the results, neatly organized in a\u00a0spreadsheet. https:\/\/www.google.com\/forms\/about\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Wondering how to share a document in Google Drive ?<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the desired \u00a0project you want to share.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the Share<\/strong> button in the top right corner\"Share<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Add in the names or emails of the people you would to like share with and hit Done<\/strong>.\"Share<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Gone are the days of having to get together with a group because you can only work on one device for a project! You can now worry less knowing you can all work on the same project from your own devices, anytime, anywhere!<\/p>\n
