Users should no longer receive encounter any issues with viewing course documents or accessing Dropbox folder submissions. Any questions or concerns should be sent to <a href=\"http:\/\/d2l.uww.edu\/contact-d2l-support\">UW-W Desire2Learn Support<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a known issue where users may encounter an error message when viewing course documents in the document viewer in D2L. The document viewer is found in the Content and Dropbox tools. This issue does not impact the original file.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2016\/01\/Picture11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-58550 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2016\/01\/Picture11-e1454971900910.png\" alt=\"Error message picture\" width=\"500\" height=\"60\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The current workaround for any errors in the document viewer is to download the file from the toolbar under the viewer window.<\/p>\n<p>This issue has been reported to D2L, and technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.\u00a0We will post additional updates as they are received.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or concerns about either of these issues, please <a href=\"http:\/\/d2l.uww.edu\/contact\">contact D2L Support<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESOLVED: The D2L Document Viewer\u00a0should now be functioning correctly.
