Bad Gateway Error"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TurningPoint 5 instructors that are utilizing ResponseWare may get a &#8220;502 Bad Gateway&#8221; error message at random.\u00a0 This is a known issue that TurningPoint is working rapidly to repair.\u00a0 The issue appears to happen the most for Mac users, but may also impact PC users.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2015\/09\/Screen-Shot-2015-09-15-at-2.00.18-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-58341\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2015\/09\/Screen-Shot-2015-09-15-at-2.00.18-PM-300x263.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2015-09-15 at 2.00.18 PM\" width=\"300\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2015\/09\/Screen-Shot-2015-09-15-at-2.00.18-PM-300x263.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2015\/09\/Screen-Shot-2015-09-15-at-2.00.18-PM-342x300.png 342w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/files\/2015\/09\/Screen-Shot-2015-09-15-at-2.00.18-PM.png 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, there is no work around for this issue.\u00a0 In the interim, we would suggest that you set a &#8220;Reserved Session ID&#8221;
