{"id":58295,"date":"2015-08-31T14:09:14","date_gmt":"2015-08-31T19:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/?p=58295"},"modified":"2015-08-31T14:09:14","modified_gmt":"2015-08-31T19:09:14","slug":"cisco-webex-d2l-integration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/instructional\/2015\/08\/31\/cisco-webex-d2l-integration\/","title":{"rendered":"Cisco WebEx: D2L Integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to announce that Cisco WebEx is now integrated directly into your Desire2Learn course.\u00a0 Inside of your course, you can find the &#8220;WebEx&#8221; tool located in &#8220;More Tools&#8221; on the Navigation bar.<\/p>\n<p>This integration allows instructors to create WebEx meetings right from within D2L.\u00a0 Students cannot create meetings through this integration, but they can join and participate in class meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Instructors who are new to WebEx must first login to <a href=\"http:\/\/uww.webex.com\">uww.webex.com<\/a> prior to scheduling a meeting via the D2L integration.\u00a0 This only has to be done one time, so if you have already done this in the past, you are already setup.<\/p>\n<p>We have created a number of tutorial pages and short videos explaining the process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.uww.edu\/x\/uoM5\" target=\"_blank\">Access Pre-Recorded Meetings<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.uww.edu\/x\/voM5\" target=\"_blank\">Delete a WebEx Meeting<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.uww.edu\/x\/qYM5\" target=\"_blank\">Join a WebEx Meeting<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.uww.edu\/x\/toM5\" target=\"_blank\">Schedule a WebEx Meeting<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spaces.uww.edu\/x\/vIM5\" target=\"_blank\">View Attendance<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions regarding this, please contact <a href=\"http:\/\/d2l.uww.edu\/contact-d2l-support\" target=\"_blank\">UW-W Desire2Learn Support<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cisco WebEx is an interactive tool that makes meetings, lectures, and information sharing, easier than ever.
