Users would have experienced extreme slowness or non-responsiveness. In addition, files within the document viewer might not have displayed or would have taken at least a few minutes to load. The UW-Madison network issue was resolved at about 2:00 PM, and service performance returned to normal.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any additional questions or concerns, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uww.edu\/desire2learn\/contact-d2l-support\" target=\"_blank\">contact UW-W D2L Support<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORIGINAL MESSAGE:<\/strong> Starting at approximately 11:00 AM this morning (3\/3), some users have reported unusual slowness while working in D2L.
