Users would have experienced slowness or an outage during this window. In addition, some users would have received notifications from ~12:50 to ~2:00pm.<br \/>\n<em>Cause<\/em>: The disruption was an unanticipated effect of the deployment of a hotfix intended to address the ongoing online rooms issue. We regret the disruption.<br \/>\n<em>Resolution<\/em>: N\/A<br \/>\n<em>Next steps<\/em>: N\/A<\/p>\n<p>Update 1:10 PM (CDT) &#8211; As of approximately 1:00 PM today (7\/20), we&#8217;ve received reports that users may be experiencing slowness or errors while trying to log into D2L. Learn@UW has been notified and they are investigating the cause.
