We are continuing to receive reports of intermittent slow performance, which may indicate a recurrence of this issue. Users affected by the issue will experience relatively brief periods (~3-5 minutes) of slow performance after which reattempts of the desired action function as expected.<br \/>\n<em>Cause<\/em>: Learn@UW is working closely with D2L to investigate and identify the underlying cause of the issue. This is top priority issue and D2L.<br \/>\n<em>Resolution<\/em>: N\/A<br \/>\n<em>Next steps<\/em>: Continued investigation into root cause.<\/p>\n<p>Update 10:46 AM (CDT) &#8211; Technologists have resolved the issue at this time and the service should be responding normally.<\/p>\n<p>Starting at approximately 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 3rd, we are noticing sporadic reports of slowness and 2-3 minute periods where the system may hang.\u00a0 The issues has been reported to Learn@UW and will be updating this news item with more information as we receive it.
