The thought of going to the gym and working out is easy, but feeling comfortable and knowing what to do is where it gets harder. It\u2019s important to know what you want to work on before going out and exercising random parts of your body. Everyone has different goals when it comes to exercising so make sure to do what is best for you, and not what you see everyone else doing. I also have found it hard at times to get motivated but found it even harder to stay motivated. I find the gym very intimidating being surrounded by people who all look like they know exactly what they\u2019re doing, and that\u2019s completely normal. I think a great place to get started would be at home where you can do whatever you want and feel comfortable. I have found it helpful in the past to even follow YouTube videos of people leading workouts. If you know what specific body parts you want to work on, it could be helpful to look up what exercises work on that specific body part. If you\u2019re feeling comfortable enough to go to the gym, it doesn\u2019t hurt to ask someone else there to help you out and correct anything wrong. Everyone at the gym is there for the same reason &#8211; working on themselves &#8211; and you shouldn&#8217;t worry to ask someone else for help. It\u2019s important to also schedule yourself some off days because you don\u2019t want to be going constantly and end up burning yourself out.
