Pay attention for these key dates and apply yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Here is what I conclude what hiring managers are currently looking for. The following is what <em>should<\/em> be done.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dress for Success: <\/strong>Clean yourself up, look sharp and give off a professional vibe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show Leadership<\/strong>: Like any woman will say, confidence is a turn on, and it sells during an interview.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Come Prepared: <\/strong>Having your documentation and ID speeds up the process. Obviously for US job seekers, a Social Security Number should be memorized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show Respect: \u201c<\/strong>Yes sir\u201d and \u201cYes ma\u2019am\u201d goes a long way in establishing lateral communications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be-friendly:<\/strong> Like McDonald\u2019s slogan from back in the day, \u201cWe love to see you smile.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open Availability:<\/strong>\u00a0 Restricting when you can work can be flown upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One last tip I would like to share comes from what I learned in Organizational Communications at the U. Do some background research on the company you are interested in obtaining getting employed with.
