I bought a bulk of bananas thinking, &#8220;I&#8217;ll have no problem eating these quick&#8221; and I sort of neglected them. At breakfast this morning, I looked at those poor, black bananas and let me tell you..it was a sad sight. So, I did what anyone would do; make some delicious banana bread. Depending on the recipe, banana bread can be a little fattening, but I made some alternative switches! Yes, I know. That&#8217;s a little risky but honestly it was still pretty delicious.<br \/>\nOverall Cost: $4<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n-3 bananas ($1)<br \/>\n-2 cups of flour (.30 cents)<br \/>\n-2 eggs (.30 cents)<br \/>\n-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (.10 cents)<br \/>\n-1\/2 cup of honey (.75 cents)<br \/>\n-1\/3 cup of oil (.50 cents)<br \/>\n-1\/4 cup of milk (.30 cents)<br \/>\n-1\/2 teaspoon of salt (.05 cents)<br \/>\n-1\/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (.05 cents)<br \/>\n-1 cup of walnuts (.75 cents)<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\n1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees<br \/>\n2. Bake in oven for 50 minutes<br \/>\n7.
