Sometimes that can be good, but other times harmful. If KFC rolls out an ambassador program that feels scripted or corporate, it will backfire. I think a good idea would be to selecting smaller creators who already post food reviews or campus lifestyle content and let them create their own spin on the product. Giving them creative control is key. A program similar to what Red Bull does with its student ambassadors would work well because it focuses on community involvement instead of forced ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the local bakery, I would target local micro-influencers and young professionals who actively post food content on Instagram. My concern here is oversaturation. So many bakeries post pretty cupcakes, so just aesthetic photos are not enough anymore. We would need behind-the-scenes content and interactive posts to stand out. I think focusing on authenticity and real community engagement would make the biggest difference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
I think that the best thing that KFC can do for there new spicy chicken and lemonade drink and the number 1 priority is really understanding how Gen Z actually behaves online instead of how brands think they behave.
