If you have already gone to every restaurant in the town of Whitewater, don&#8217;t be ashamed, everyone has. A solution to not eating out every weekend is cooking with your boyfriend\/girlfriend. Saving money and snagging coupons is the way to do college meals. It also gives you an excuse to wear your sweats to dinner. I have came across a few fall inspired recipes that will sure to make you relax right next to the fire on a cold Autumn night with your signifiant other.<\/p>\n<p>These fall inspired recipes are easy, yet still very tasteful. COPYWRITE.<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TOTAL TIME: 40 MINUTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient00\">Salt<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient01\">12 ounces penne<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient02\">3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient03\">1\/2 small red onion, chopped<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient04\">1 28-ounce can whole plum tomatoes, crushed by hand<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient05\">3\/4 cup vodka (optional)<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient06\">3\/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient07\">1\/3 cup heavy cream<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient08\">1\/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping (optional)<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItem\"><label class=\"o-Ingredients__a-ListItemText\" for=\"Ingredient09\">2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil<\/label><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>STEPS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Boil salted water and poor pasta in the pot<\/p>\n<p>2. Reserve one cup of the cooking water and drain the pasta<\/p>\n<p>3. In\u00a0 large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4. Add tomatoes, vodka, cooking water, 1\/2 teaspoon salt and red pepper flakes &#8211; Bring to a rapid simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 12-15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>5. Stir in the cream and simmer for one more minute.<\/p>\n<p>6. Add the cooked pasta, the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, grated cheese and parsley to the sauce.<\/p>\n<p>7. Cook, tossing 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>8. Season with salt.<\/p>\n<p>9. Divide among the two and top meal with more cheese.<\/p>\n<p>10. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and sugar. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients until smooth and fluffy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"recipe-section-header anim-in-view in-view\">3. Transfer batter to pan and bake for 35 minutes until a toothpick\/fork inserted in the center comes out clean.<\/p>\n<p class=\"recipe-section-header anim-in-view in-view\">4.
