Yes, there is plenty to do in Chicago, but if you\u2019re looking to stay around here for a light show, Janesville is the place to head to! It\u2019s only a 25-minute drive which is not bad at all. In Janesville, they have a place for a light show to share with visitors how beautiful it is even in the winter time. The light show at Rotary Gardens will be starting on November 24th and 25th<\/sup> for their Grand Opening. The tickets are as low as $5 and the event will last till December 31st<\/sup>. They will open at 4:30 p.m. and lights go dark at 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

While visiting Rotary Gardens enjoying the lights, you can snag a hot cup off cocoa, coffee or cider served along with a cookie. Going to a light show is a great way to spend a date night because it\u2019s calming and you can walk around the entire garden with mesmerizing lights all around you while enjoying a hot beverage. This is personally one of my favorite date ideas to do for a night out in Janesville during the holidays. After visiting the light show, you can head to a local restaurant in town for a late night dinner or snack.
