When staying in to watch your favorite scary movie, snacks are a HUGE deal. What are you going to eat when a scary scene comes on that you know something bad is going to happen and you just can\u2019t stop stuffing your face? Well, I have a few quick and easy, spooky snack ideas for you and your movie date to make while getting ready for a Halloween night in!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00ab Monster Rice Krispie Treats\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/doc4\/files\/2017\/10\/monster-rice-krispie-treats.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-164\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/doc4\/files\/2017\/10\/monster-rice-krispie-treats-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"monster-rice-krispie-treats\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/doc4\/files\/2017\/10\/monster-rice-krispie-treats-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.uww.edu\/doc4\/files\/2017\/10\/monster-rice-krispie-treats.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We all have seen Monster\u2019s Inc. and fell in love with the way Mike Wazowski and Sully are with Boo. They are the original three best friends that anyone could have and you know that there is food in relation to that movie. Meet the easiest yet, messiest snack you could make \u2013 Monster Rice Krispie treats.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>3 tbsp butter<br \/>\n5 1\/2 cups mini marshmallows<br \/>\n6 cups rice cereal<br \/>\n7 drops green food coloring<br \/>\n\u201ceyeball\u201d candy treat toppers<\/p>\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8220;Microwave butter in a large bowl for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add Marshmallows to bowl and stir<\/li>\n<li>Microwave mixture for 45 seconds.\u00a0 Stir and add food coloring.\u00a0 Microwave an additional 45 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Stir marshmallow mixture well and add rice cereal.<\/li>\n<li>Use two spoons to create \u201clumps\u201d of cereal on wax paper.
