How do we make the most of course evaluations? In this session, we will discuss strategies for improving instruction using the student feedback gathered at the end of every term, conceptualizing the course evaluation process as a journey that begins before course evaluations are even administered and ends long after they arrive in our inbox. Topics explored include preparing students to provide quality feedback, classifying and organizing feedback, processing negative feedback, and identifying actionable course revisions.
