The speakers on this panel will discuss ways that we can make the Wisconsin Idea more accessible and persuasive for those it is meant to serve. We will contend that before the ideals of the Wisconsin ideal can be realized, we have the obligation to rhetorically listen to our students and to the communities they come from. We will describe ways we do this in the classroom and in our scholarship.
