As mentioned last week we are going to be posting a Deck list similar to the last with Pictures for most creatures and a few instant\/sorcery’s with pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commander – Drana, The Last Bloodchief <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These cards are both small drops that are useful to begin the game with nothing crazy but one of them are a vampire that fits in the theme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 mana –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Blood<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Again simple cards to keep the deck in motion that offer there own benefits, once again we have a vampire in the mix to continue the theming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Mana –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These cards are our stability for our movement into mid game, stable reinforcement to keep us safe but also secure along with one of the most powerful vampires in the deck, Drana, Liberator of Malakir who can be her own commander as well she is very powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are where our midgame starts, we have a lot of solid cards that both provide a massive amount of damage and utility and our Vampire army is beginning to become more and more apparent. Drana(Our commander) can turn anything into vampires making our combo cards even more potent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These 5 drops are essentially our turn the game cards, Grey Merchant explodes the enemies, The others make our already strong board state. The board state is powerful and simple at this point, we have a lot of cards here that make it so opponents are punished for killing our creatures or for not killing them fast enough!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 6 drops are the biggest combo pieces of the decks they provide powerful effects, many of these keep the deck in maximum power. They also make a massive presence and typically are the highest threat for most players, Necropolis Regent can spiral out of control very fast if not dealt with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our 7 Drops are essentially what is called, the game enders when we drop these cards we are making the express statement that we want the game to end. The cards are very powerful and each pose a massive threat they are made to do damage and end games and that is our goal here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 Mana – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card is an 8 mana drop, but she is rarely RARELY played for that much typically we play her for 2, and use her as a removal card and a attacker with cards like the Revenant. She is a powerful tool that is very strong but not a game ender more like a support card that poses a decent annoyance and threat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So again to make the post less lengthy we are going to post the spells at a minimalistic way, To avoid massive length, I will post maybe one or 2 pictures of certain highlights or if the card is alone in its category. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are just standard removal and card fetches Mono-Black excels at removing threats so its good to throw quite a few in here<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is just a good card for the mono-black, simple buffs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artifacts – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like normal our artifacts are our support cards they empower some of the creatures in our decks but also make it more secure, although a critical component called mana rocks might be wanted in the grand scheme of things. One such card being Sol Ring as its a powerful early game card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planeswalkers – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Mana<\/strong> – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planeswalkers again are like the usual distractions and useful effects Sorin for instance can drop a persons life to 10 in a second which is very powerful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lands –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

36 – Swamps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Cabal Stronghold<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that is the decklist, this deck is meant to try and theme around Vampires, and demons to a smaller extent. The deck really likes to annoy opponents by bringing back creature and then using them to harass others again and again creating a cycle of unrest, like Vampires. The deck is fun to play and typically powerful if it goes off. Be wary some of the cards here are rather expensive though so finding a replacement card might be ideal. Next week I intend to visit the theme of Tribal and go in depth why it is people love it so much. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
