In 2017 I was diagnosed with a heart condition called Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT). While this condition is not life threatening it is important I maintain my heart health. Better understanding my condition I started off initially using personal fitness as a form of managing my physical health until I later realized the mental health benefits it offers are just as beneficial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having been lifting for 7 years I have been fortunate enough to be exposed to much of what the personal fitness world offers. Throughout my personal fitness career I have competed at the collegiate level in the form of Olympic lifting. Meanwhile, to further pursue my passion of teaching others, I established the \u201cBody Building\u201d division of the Warhawk Barbell Club. Today I serve as the Warhawk Barbell Club Co-President where I work closely with on campus personal trainers focusing on coaching members and designing workout programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding everyone&#8217;s backgrounds of personal fitness are different, my ambition today focuses on helping all those who are looking to better themselves. Life can throw at lot as us, if we don&#8217;t mind a safe healthy outlet levels of anxiety, depression, and stress can begin to overwhelm us.
