Add some milk, heat it up for about a minute, and you have a healthy &amp; hot option before walking<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">out the door. Another great way to liven it up would be to add fruit! My favorite is to add blueberries towards the tail end of<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">cooking to have them burst and create more flavor and nutrients.
