Each day, I find myself eating the same sandwich, apples, oranges, and vegetables. I always want to try something new, and came across this recipe at the beginning of the semester. Peanut butter dip can be a great source of protein, and especially can be a great way to liven up any meal or snack during the week!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 cup plain yogurt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 tablespoons honey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>apples, celery, crackers, carrots, pretzels, bananas, strawberries, etc.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl or container, mix together yogurt, peanut butter and honey.
