I never believed that until this year. Up until this past September, I never took my breakfast seriously. Until I started doing it, I never realized how much energy you gained in the morning from filling your stomach! I love a quick and easy breakfast in the morning, which brings me to this recipe. My favorite breakfast of all time, CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST! Super simple to prepare, make, and it’s gone in no time.

2 eggs, scrambled

1/4 cup white milk

Honey wheat bread (or whatever you prefer)

Cinnamon

Cooking spray

In a mixing bowl, whip the eggs, pour milk in bowl, and add a desired amount of cinnamon (sparingly). Spray the pan with cooking spray and heat on the stovetop on medium. When pan is on medium heat, dunk a slice of bread in the egg and milk mixture, and put in pan. Flip when you see a golden brown (should not take long). When french toast is done cooking, spread on a little butter and drizzle maple syrup on top. In minutes, you’ll have a warm and filling breakfast!!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is what I’ve always been told.
