Ever since I was little, my dad would make us tuna salad sandwiches for lunch and I would always be the weird kid with a tuna sandwich at school instead of a PB&amp;J. But, it&#8217;s a great lunch addition to take to school, work, or class. It is also a great addition of protein to your diet. Also, it can be made in larger quantities to last throughout the week!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.6 oz. single packet of regular tuna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/4 cup celery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/4 cup mayo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 tea. lemon juice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/4 cup pickle relish<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>dash of salt &amp; pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 slices of bread<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomato, lettuce, cheese, pickle spears (optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To begin, pour contents of tuna packet, celery, mayo, lemon juice, pickle relish, and salt &amp; pepper into one bowl. While you are mixing the contents together, toast 2 slices of bread. Spread mixture onto both slices of bread.
