Yesterday the children asked to read the book “Puff the Magic Dragon”. First we listened to the song and then read the story. After we read the story the children were telling me what they knew about Dragons and the story. I wrote the word Dragons on a piece of paper and talked about what letter Dragons started with and then wrote the title and talked about the “P” and “M”. Then I wrote all of their ideas. Today some friends drew pictures of dragons and asked me to bring books about them.

We have been talking about the Fall Family Breakfast and making plans for it. Our first step was to make invitations. Here are some of us hard at work. The next day we talked about what foods we liked for breakfast and some things that we can serve to our families. We voted for French toast bake bananas and milk. Today were working on making the tables beautiful by making placemats.
