I&#8217;m going to be a senior in college this year, and I&#8217;m essentially done with my last summer break. It&#8217;s a bit of a sorrowful feeling, yet I&#8217;m excited for what&#8217;s to come: my final year of school, getting a long-term job- all that good stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I found this one off of Spotify&#8217;s Discover Weekly playlist. I shuffled the playlist, heard this song, and was immediately enthralled in it&#8217;s guitar strums and smooth vocals. I was on a drive to work- it was one of my last days of my summer job. The song really hit me, kind of softened my soul a little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;d like to say that this summer I went off with a bang, but I&#8217;m not entirely sure that I did. Don&#8217;t get me wrong- I had a blast with a multitude of things- my summer job, concerts and music festivals, Chicago trips- but I&#8217;m left with this feeling of wanting <em>more<\/em>. Maybe I&#8217;m just ungrateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, I&#8217;ll most likely not have another traditional summer break again, but that doesn&#8217;t mean I can&#8217;t still have fun. Just have to find that Work Life Balance\u2122.
