1 Month into the MLB Season: Notable Free Agents
One month into the season roughly and their are some free agents teams should take note of at various positions. As for pitchers the two players who I assume will be on teams by the end of year are Dallas Keuchel and Craig Kimbrel with Keuchel being a starter and Kimbrel being a reliever both have distinguished careers who I think deserve to be on teams.

Harper Struggling as Spring Training is Nearing Close
After signing one of the league’s biggest contracts in the off-season Bryce Harper is slumping quite hard. The hitter has had 14 plate appearances in which 4 of them he has reached base with a walk, 5 of hem have resulted in a strikeout and the other 5 have resulted in him getting out.

MLB Implements Pitch Timer for Spring Training
The MLB has implemented a 20 second pitch timer for all of spring training games. First off, this does not mean that it will be added to regular season games juts yet, as for right now it is merely just a test. This is one of a few ways the MLB is using to try and speed up games.

Manny Machado Signs Huge Deal
On Tuesday February 19th the San Diego Padres signed 3B Manny Machado to a 10 year $300 million contract. The 4-time All-Star has finally signed to a team after what seems like forever since the beginning of this off-season.
