In Honor of Game of Thrones – Brewers Players as Thrones Characters

  • Orlando Arcia (#3 SS) – Greyworm, because of his incredible defensive talents in the infield and ability to protect the ball from getting to the outfield.
  • Lorenzo Cain (#6 OF) – Jorah Mormont – his ability to protect when needed i.e. robbing home runs and being incredibly talented defensively.
  • Eric Thames (#7 1B/OF) – Khal Drogo purely off of looks of just pure intimidation and hair style and beard
  • Ryan Braun (#8 OF) – Daario Naharris both are very loyal with Daario to Daenerys and Braun to the Brewers org. and both are also lethal on the field whether its batting or hitting for Braun and killing for Daario.
  • Yasmani Grandal (#10 C) – Jaime Lannister because he came from the enemy team to help ours
  • Mike Moustakas (#11 INF) – Samwell Tarley, a little bit of looks because both are somewhat bigger guys but also because of knowledge and that Moose can play a variety of infield positions
  • Ben Gamel (#16 OF) – Tormund, based off of looks both have a nice red beard with a nice flow on top
  • Travis Shaw (#21 3B) – Davos Seaworth, both are very important role players who have the potential for big things at any moment.
  • Christian Yelich (#22 OF) – Jon Snow because of leadership and pure skill at what they do.
  • Jesus Aguilar (#24 1B) – The Mountain (Sandor Clegane) both are big guys who can do some damage at their height with Aguilar being talented offensively and defensively.
  • Zach Davies (#27 P) – three eyed raven (Brandon Stark) mainly because of Bran being young and Davies also looking very young almost childlike.
  • Josh Hader (#71 P) – Jaqen H’ghar both have long flowing hair and the ability to take someone out at a moments notice (or strike them out with ease)
  • Craig Counsel (Coach) – Tyrion Lannister because of his wide knowledge for the game of baseball
  • David Sterns (General Manager of Brewers) – Lord Varys because of his knowledge about players around the league and ability to bring players to his team.
