Hi! My name is Amber Castagna and I am currently majoring in graphic design. I have always had an intense love for the arts, especially sculpture, drawing and painting. In this blog I want to share with you what contemporary art is, and some of my personal opinions about it. As an artist myself I am very passionate about the understanding and viewing of art. I feel as though just because I may feel a certain way or interpret the art differently doesn’t mean that one of us is correct. To me, that is the best part of art. I decided to narrow in on contemporary art for this blog because I love the pieces that have been created within this timeframe.
