Today is my Communication\n Department\u2019s group advising event which is held every semester. The \npurpose of this is for everybody to be on the right track to graduate. \nAs I talked about before, scheduling can be very tricky as to why this \nis held to help us. I am very excited to go because this is my last one \nsince I graduate in the spring! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What to bring : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Academic Advising Report (AAR) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\n what tells us everything we have completed and still need up to our 120\n credits to graduate. It\u2019s an easy way to keep track of all of our classes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Advising Worksheet <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\n needs to be completed by us before we go. The sheet is what we need to \ntake for next semester. It gives us a lay out of what’s need with the \ncourse number, course name, credit amount, and day\/time it\u2019s on. Having\n this sheet is super helpful when it\u2019s time to register for classes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we don\u2019t bring the AAR and advising worksheet to the event, we won\u2019t be ahold in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reason to go: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
IT\u2019S A MUST. There will be a hold on our account If we don\u2019t go which means we can\u2019t register for classes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s so helpful to understand what\u2019s going on with our schedule so we know how to graduate on time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s going to be held in the Hamilton room Nov 4 and 5th. The event has been “revamped” for this fall and is now called CommConnect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
