Diversity appear almost everywhere in the world. It is either from school, to the playground and even at work. It is not just amongst kids or teenagers the adult does it too and they know it. But the truth is diversity is what makes us feel comfortable. Really, it is the things we, as in the diverse group, do that makes us feel comfortable, for example asians are usually seen as volleyball players, now you wouldn’t see many asian kids around african american because they are majority basketball players. Therefore we wouldn’t connect and it will seem awkward to be around each other. But in business it may be slightly different. Of course, in the same company there will be diversity but working with international business is different. This is because they must interact with each other, to know and understand  their likings. It this does not work out, no product will be sold,rejected, or a product may offend the others because their view are different on things are different than ours. Overall, everyone works differently, everyone’s point of view is different we have different desires, but we must give and take, its only fair but the truth is diversity will never end, its just how things work.

Being the tennis athlete that I am, I am known to be smelling like sweat after practice. And if you think about it, its not a good smell even if you put on deodorant, I mean it helps…a little; but not much. No matter how much you try to cover it up with cologne, not that I’ve tried it I just know, it wont go away as easy. That is why I wash myself up with ‘Head & Shoulder’. I believe this to be the most useful product and brand over anything. As in comparison, Loreal makes my head feel really greasy and not smooth, of course it does have good scent but I’d prefer smooth, soft, flexible hair which Loreal does not do. And the best part about it is that it also protects you against druffs. Using all those hair – gel product it’ll get your head dry and therefore druffs. The name of our hotel is “Starry Night Escape”. We named it “Starry Night Escape” because our idea for our customer is to make them feel as if it is an “escape” for them.

Targets -

Business Travelers- Many of them will always be looking for a good place to stay and plus they’re not the one spending money to stay, sponsors are paying, therefore a 5 star hotel, quiet, and bed and breakfast.

Honeymooners- A couple will always be looking for a great place to “escape” and they don’t have to look far. And of course, a room with a theme of your choice will always make it more romantic.

Celebrities- A celebrity is always looking for an escape. Especially from all those paparazzi . In this hotel you get the privacy you want.

It has been about a month through my freshman year in college now and it is FANTASTIC. During my high school years we would do the same routine everyday. It was great at first, meeting new people, learning new stuff but then afterwards it became boring, very boring. Here in college, there is so much time to spare, different class throughout the week. It did take awhile to get used to the schedule because there are such huge gaps in between but it gives you so much time to socialize and this way you get to know people better. In High school, the most time you will probably get to socialize is in study hall or at lunch. A month into college, and i have certainly made more friends than I had during my high school year. Not just because of all the free time, but all the organizations held here, getting involved gets you new friend to meet and new experience and it doesn’t even have to be in a class because there is so much to do. Although college as good as it is, I am getting killed with assignments! I have never had this much paper to be written in one week. Even so, i believe it is a good experience because in the real world you will be facing a lot of writing so I guess it is better to deal with it now and get used to it than later. But overall, COLLEGE IS GREAT, for now at least.

Starting as a Freshman in Highschool was a new adventure for me. I started off not knowing the building and on the first day of class I did not know anyone. The first few weeks of class I had no one to talk to or had anyone to  ask help from and knowing that I am a Freshman, obviously i was too shy to go talk to a teacher. So I went on without knowing anyone. As the semester continued class became more difficult and that is when students begin to rely on each other. Given the option to work alone or work in group I would prefer working alone because I don’ talk much. As once said by a teacher of mine, “If you don’t speak out your mind we cannot help because we cannot read your mind” which I find it to be true, I never did spoke up because I fear I may say something dumb and get laughed at.

Now In College, Summer sessions are held. During these sessions, I was able to get to know students that will be a freshman and as we commute with each other, we become friends. As the first day of school beings, I already knew students and I feel more “fit” into the campus because I don’t feel so left out. And to me in college it seems no one mind what you say, so here I speak out my mind more and in reality the things that I speak out that may seem “dumb” are actually things that instructors and students haven’t thought of.
