UW-W Maps Service Level Agreement

iCIT is launching a new service to enable UW-W online maps to interactively display campus specific map data.  The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for this service is available for you to review  at http://www.uww.edu/icit/governance/policies/sla/uwwmaps_sla.html.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) help to define clear expectations for how customers and iCIT work together to provide technology related services. You may offer your input regarding the SLA via the feedback form linked directly from the UW-W Maps SLA page.
