Tom Jordan will present at the national EDUCAUSE conference in Dallas, TX on October 11th. His presentation is called “Creating and Implementing Effective IT Processes.” Effective IT processes move IT organizations beyond crisis management and personal heroics and into the realm of repeatable successes. This presentation talks about characteristics of effective IT processes, and relates positive and negative experiences in designing and implementing structured processes in organizations that are sometimes reluctant to implement them.

Meet Dale Kranenburg
Dale Kranenburg joined the AIS unit of iCIT on August 21st. The primary focus of his position is to use .NET technologies to re-design and develop campus administrative Web applications formerly developed with Cold Fusion or PHP.
