Whitewater

The City of Whitewater is located on the ancestral lands of the Potowatomi Native Americans. The white sands at the bottom of Whitewater Creek influenced the name they gave to the area Wau-be-gan-naw-po-cat, which meant “white water.”

Today Whitewater is home to approximately 14, 722 people. This area draws many visitors for it’s water recreation, outdoor, and Arts & Culture events. You can find out more at https://www.discoverwhitewater.org/
