Intuitive eating includes honoring your health by choosing foods that make you feel good but taste good too. While this version of a buffalo dip may be loaded with nutrition, it’s really all about flavor. Dip in your favorites such as veggie sticks and whole grain breads, crackers, pita chips, or garlic toast, spread on a sandwich, or add a dollop into your grain & greens bowl.
