Need a couple costume this Halloween? Here’s one that’s great for any hunters out there (sorry Bambi). For the hunter, just grab your nerf gun and camo clothes and you are all set! For the deer costume, all you need is brown clothing, some antlers, and face paint. The antlers can be made using sticks or pipe cleaners attached to a headband. If you’re feeling extra crafty, Click Here, this website will show you have to make some amazing antlers.

Here’s another costume that looks great with a couple or individual. The Buzz skirt can be made using the no sew slip knot method with tulle. Watch this video to see it demoed. The rest of the costume she made using felt or fabric scraps. You can sew these pieces on or you can even hot glue gun them if you aren’t confident in your sewing ability. The Woody costume was created by drawing brown checkered pattern on a mustard collared shirt. The vest was made by cutting off the sleeves and middle of a white t-shirt and attaching felt pieces for the cow spots. Wear an old pair of shoes and write “Andy” on the bottom to complete this adorable look. This idea may take a little longer than the other costumes but it’s definitely worth the effort!

This Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle costume is perfect for a group of friends. Create the skirts using the video from the link above. Girls, you may want to wear black leggings underneath so you don’t freeze your shell off. Guys, you should be okay with just pants but if you want to wear a skirt too, no one is stopping you. Then all you need is a lime green t-shirt and fabric paint to complete this turtle look. Don’t forget to add a head band so everyone knows which TMNT you are. Turtle Power!

This Basic Witch costume is super simple and uses items you probably already have lying around at home: a pair of leggings, boots, and a flannel! Create a tiny witch hat that you can attach to a bun on top of your head. This costume wouldn’t be complete without a coffee cup brewed for the Basic Witch. Guess it’s just an excuse for you to go to the SweetSpot…

If you’re more into the spooky costumes, here’s one for you! Just head over to Goodwill and buy some old nurse clothes. The hat can be made by folding construction paper, decorating it, and then bobby pinning it to your teased hair. The blood effect can be made using fake blood or even paint. Then all you need is some face paint to get this creepy look.

Zoinks! This throwback group look is a definite win! This Mystery Gang even won funniest costumes for a contest with Disney. Most of these looks can be made with clothes you already have. Scooby’s ears were made with felt glued to a headband and his collar is a real dog collar with a paper “SD” attached. But don’t forget the most important part of these looks: ascots!

As far as masks, you can use basically any creepy mask. If you don’t feel like buying a mask, you could simply do makeup/face paint. The mask definitely adds an extra eerie vibe though.
