Winter date ideas

It’s starting to become chilly outside, but that doesn’t mean date nights have to stop. There are still hundreds of things you can do in the wintertime that is romantic, cute, fun, and most impoartanly, cheap. Below are some ideas that I want to do this season with my man.

Holiday baking- Sugar cookies, Oreo balls, cut out cookies, bonbons, the list is endless. The amount of holiday baking you and your boo could do together could last you to Valentine’s day! Gather your favorite recipe and your boo’s favorite recipe and start baking. Get the holiday music playing and the fun will begin! YOu’ll also have yummy treats to eat for the next few weeks.

Holiday light shows- I’m from the Madison area, and the amount of holiday light shows around the area (even in Milwaukee) is insane! in Madison they even have them at the zoo. You can either stay in your car and drive through or get all bundled up and walk around. Not only do the lights make for cute pictures, but it makes for a romantic night. Get dinner before hand or a treat afterwards and it becomes a cute date night for a low cost.

Holiday movies- As you can probably tell if you’ve been reading most of my blogs, I am HUGE movie lover. Holidays mean great movies are produced around those topics. Halloween, Christmas, Valentines day, and 4th of July all have well-known movies around them. For Christmas time, there’s the Grinch, Home Alone, Elf. Christmas with the Kranks, A Christmas Story and so many more. Pick a couple and watch them one night or throughout a weekend. Even if you’ve both seen them, it’s always a fun time to watch them with the one you love.
