Lindsay Gustin–  I grew up in a small town, with a small town attitude, and small town ideas.  When I went away to college I realized for the first time how many different great people there were in the world and how little I knew.  I have since that point begun to learn as much as I can about others.  I am passionate about supporting all people no matter what oppressions they face.  I firmly believe that no one is free when others are oppressed, I work daily to overcome my biases and educate others about theirs.

Sarah Eberhard -I strongly identify as female and feel very connected to women’s rights and women’s issues. For four years, I was involved with a nonprofit women’s advocacy group called Women for Women which focused on raising money and awareness for a variety of different issues and organizations that affected women. I have worked with this organization to help organize programs that bring awareness to and help educate students about sexual assault and domestic violence. I’ve helped fundraise for different organizations affecting women such as the Lee National Denim Day, which raises money for Breast Cancer, and Children with Hairloss, an organization that collects hair to provide young Michigan girls with wigs. I’ve also helped to plan and organize a Dove Campaign for Beauty workshop and helped create and plan events for an annual Self Acceptance Week at my previous university.

-I earned my Bachelors of Science in Political Science from Northern Michigan University
-I’ve presented at RA training on time management. I’ve also presented a “What’s your personality color” workshop and have materials on it that I could give others who would like them.

Wisnu Sugiarto-  I’m the Assistant Complex Director of Wells East. This is my first year at UW-W graduate program and I am pursuing an MBA degree with emphasis in International Business and Finance. Before attending Whitewater, I graduated from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri with degrees in International Business and Finance. As an international student, I am always interested to discuss about roles of international students,  dealing with homesickness, cultural diversity, study abroad and traveling. There are certainly many other diversity topics that are important to me in while I’m sure there’s still so I need to learn and improve on. Some of them include diversity in workplace and students with disabilities as well as other topics that directly or indirectly affect individuals and their community. In the past, I’ve created programs as well as presented or co-presented on several training sessions for the RAs and Desk Attendants regarding international students, emergency response, customer service, and desk operations. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me! “
